After extensive research, compared with many different brands, all the 4D+3D functions and the cost, and had tried multiple massage chairs in person. We finally made a decision and ordered the A688 model on Apr 16. It took about 13days to be arrived. The delivery service was wonderful, they called couple days for delivery date appointment, and gave us 30mins call before its arrival. It took us about 30mins to unbox, 30mins to set up, another 30mins to clean up the cardboard. Setting up the chair was fairly easy, we just followed the video that the company provided. The interface is very straight forward and easy to use. We invited our parents to try the new chair too, they both approve too, my husband and I both are pleased.
We love this the model of A688 because the duo rollers (2 sets of rollers) which massage two different spots in a same time, compare with other brands who carry the same feature cost a lot more, so we think Alfine offers the best deal. And now we just sit down, relax and enjoy the chair. We will give some more feedback after couple months of usage, stay tune.
