85% perfect

Chair does a great job on back massage. I was skeptical on a machine providing anything close to human massage but it is pretty darn good. Especially when using the Kneed function.
Couple of negatives that I was not ready for…
1. Foot section has a narrow heel area significantly reducing comfort for my 10.5 size foot. This is my biggest complaint. I sometimes just rest my feet on the top. This issue makes the entire leg & foot massage function of little to no value.
2. The chair goes into massage function immediately when starting. I wish I could select my options and then push a start button. Small issue but it interferes with zen. Wish the pause button did not shut off all menu functions.

Great massage

I do love this chair!! I am using it EVERY NIGHT for like 2 hours! The first time I used it I thought omg this is going to kill me . I was so tight all over it was pretty painful on my back and butt!! I thought who could use the highest setting! I've not gotten there but I use the medium now! I love the preset programs but also just switching around the manual too. I am 5'7 and about 215lbs. My nephew is like 6'4 and 235, a big boy! He cannot really fit his arms in or fit super comfortable. So I would not suggest this chair for a heavier person or really tall. Also I don't think it's the easiest to get in and out of BUT I still love it! It's pretty easy to use and was pretty easy to assemble!
