Order Processing Time

  • Generally, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of order confirmation/payment.
  • Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
  • On the peak season the shipping partners are experiencing delays and it may take longer than usual for your order to arrive.Thanks for your understanding.

Shipping Options

  • Curbside Delivery 3-7 days: You’ll receive the tracking number directly to your address. The carrier will contact you to schedule the curbside delivery appointment.
  • Inside Entryway Delivery 7-14 days: Your order will be shipped to our local agent. They’ll contact you to schedule an appointment for inside entryway delivery, which includes assistance from 2 handymen.
  • Room Of Choice 7-14 days:Including two flights of stairs with Inside entryway delivery.


Inside entryway Delivery:We offer inside entryway delivery and room of choice as an option for all clients. However, in some suburban areas situated in remote regions where we lack assistance, we may be unable to accommodate this special request. Should this situation arise, we will promptly communicate with you to explore alternative delivery options.

WGS – Please note that same-day service cannot be guaranteed with the purchase of WGS installation. Our technicians have a window of three days (72 hours) to schedule and complete their WGS duties. Additionally, please be aware that our services are available only on weekdays, Monday through Friday, as we do not operate on weekends.

For added convenience, late assemblies can be arranged after 5:00 pm, provided the customer consents.

Shipping Location:

  • We only offer delivery on U.S.  excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam .
  • P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO and International delivery are not available now.


  • We will email you or text the tracking number after your order shipped.
  • If you have any questions about the tracking,please contact us and we will resolve this issue ASAP.

Delivery Time Exceeded

Order Cancellations

  • We can free cancel the order for you before the order shipped out.
  • There is a $250 cancellation fee once the order was shipped out.
