At Alfine, we stand behind the quality of our massage chairs and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Here are the details of our warranty policy:

Warranty Period:

  • We offer a three-year limited warranty on all our massage chairs, covering defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. The warranty period may vary by product, and customers should refer to the specific product page for details.

Warranty Claim Process:

  • To make a warranty claim, customers should contact Alfine customer service and provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Our customer service team will work with the customer to troubleshoot the issue and determine the appropriate course of action.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Unlimitedtechnical support
  • Parts covered for 3 years
  • Labor covered for the first year

Warranty Limitations:

  • All repairs and replacements must be authorized in advance. Service options, parts availability and response times will vary.
  • This warranty is not transferable.
  • This warranty is valid in the continental United States only.
  • This warranty does not cover products purchased or obtained from unauthorized resellers.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • The warranty does not cover any loss or damage caused by the following reasons: improper installation;  failure to follow operating instructions; unauthorized repairs; changes or modifications to the original state; power supply issue;  damage caused by transportation, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt or natural disaster.
  • The softening of foam and filling composite materials in pillows, cushions, and memory foam is a natural occurrence and does not constitute defects within the scope of this warranty.
  • Fading, wear, and pilling of fabrics are natural phenomena and do not constitute defects within the scope of this warranty.
  • Natural marks, textures, and dye variations in leather do not constitute defects within the scope of this warranty.
